If you fancy trying something a bit different then why not give Kickboxing (Muay Thai) or Boxing a go. It's a fun and effective way to achieve a total body workout including increased cardio vascular fitness, endurance and muscle tone.
The training involves performing combinations of punches and kicks using focus (small) pads and long pads during timed rounds. As your fitness improves additional exercises can be incorporated between rounds to increase the difficulty of your workout.
Carla is our Muay Thai and kickboxing expert. Her own training in this sport at a professional level allows her to focus on improving your technique as well as ensuring that you get a good workout.
No equipment is required. Boxing gloves and hand wraps can be provided upon request.
