BOXING -Â MUAY THAI - KICKBOXING
If you fancy trying something a bit different then challenge yourself and give kickboxing (Muay Thai) or boxing a go. It's a fun and effective way to let off steam and achieve a total body workout.

Carla is our Muay Thai and kickboxing expert. Her own training in this sport at a professional level allows her to focus on improving your technique as well as ensuring that you get a good workout.
​
We offer one to one and small group (2-4 person) options for our boxing/kickboxing sessions. We can also offer training in your own home or outdoors in a local park.
Training sessions run for 1 hour and include a warm up, cool down and stretching. Assisted stretching is offered on one to one in-person sessions.
No equipment is required. Boxing gloves and hand wraps can be provided upon request.
