"Carla started training me over 2 years ago and I am still to this day having 3 sessions per week with her. I was a bit worried as I expected her to only train young fit athletic types. My worries were over as soon as we met. Carla made me feel at ease and I relaxed with her positive attitude, vast knowledge and professionalism. It has not been easy as I am rather lazy but she knows just how far to push you. I was very unfit when I started but Carla worked wonders with me and helped me to achieve the most amazing arm definition and made sure that I could fit in my wedding dress! I hate the gym with a passion however Carla devised different exercises each week so that I couldn't get bored. I enjoyed training with Carla so much that after my wedding I continued with the PT sessions and I now focus on kick boxing training on the pads. "After buying my wife personal training sessions for Christmas and seeing how much fitter she was getting (in both senses) I decided to give it a go myself. I had already been going to the gym on and off for 6 months thinking that my training was ok. I was in for a shock. Carla not only made me work twice as hard as I worked on my own but she also improved my training technique to get the most out of my time spent at the gym and also vastly improved my discipline whilst exercising. Katie has taught me to be a professional squatter to make my bum tighter and flatter. My core is taught, my shape has changed although I scream it’s for the better. My stamina has excelled like a long distant runner. She will show no mercy be sure, but she is the best Personal Trainer you will ever endure.
